Who are we looking for? We are looking for a Front-End Developer who specializes in transforming Figma designs into HTML/CSS and JavaScript. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of front-end technologies and the ability to translate design mockups into responsive and interactive web pages. They should be detail-oriented, have excellent communication skills, and work well in a team environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Convert Figma designs into well-structured, semantic HTML/CSS code.
- Implement interactivity and dynamic behavior using JavaScript.
- Collaborate with designers, back-end developers, and other stakeholders to ensure the successful implementation of web projects.
- Participate in code reviews and maintain high code quality standards.
- Assist in scoping, estimating, and planning front-end development tasks.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest front-end trends and best practices.
Must-Have Skills:
- Proficiency in HTML and CSS, with a focus on writing clean, maintainable code.
- Strong knowledge of JavaScript and familiarity with modern frameworks/libraries.
- Experience in responsive and mobile-first web development.
- Ability to accurately translate design mockups into pixel-perfect web pages.
- Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Extra Points:
- Experience with the Tailwind CSS framework.
- Knowledge of MVC frameworks (Rails / Laraval etc)
- Knowledge of Frontend frameworks (Vue.js)
- Familiarity with Git version control.
- Understanding of agile project management methodologies, particularly Kanban.
